Enora is unsuitable for anyone with unstable spinal fractures or requiring posture management, such as those with pelvic obliquity and persons with irregular body shapes that Enora cannot fully support.

How are the products packaged?
All Enora Air products are delivered in a protective box. Within, you’ll find your product inside the storage tube pump.
What is the weight limit of Enora?
Enora Air and Repose® Technology are subject to a maximum user weight of 139kg / 21.8St / 306.4lbs.

Enora products are designed for durability. While it’ll depend on you, your air care will continue offering great support for many years, but be sure to follow the cleaning and storage guidelines!

Can Enora be used in conjunction with heated/electric blankets?
We have not identified any reasons why the use of electric blankets should be restricted when using Enora.

During installation, the Repose® valve should always be outside and away from the user and never come in contact with skin.
After the first inflation, check Enora regularly and ‘top-up’ with air every 14 days, using the Air Pump supplied and with the user off the device.
Ensure Repose® inner is correctly fitted into the Enora cover.
Enora Air Cushion, Air Seat and Air Contur should only be used on chairs fitted with armrests.
Please check the position of Enora on the intended support surface regularly to ensure its continued correct and safe use.
Only use the Enora Air Pump to inflate and top up. Replacements Air Pumps are available here.
Do not modify any part of the medical device or accessories in any way.
The inflatable Repose® inner must not be machine washed. Do not immerse and avoid fluid ingress into the valve.
Do not use abrasive cloths when cleaning, as it may cause irreversible damage.
Neither Repose® inner nor the covers are suitable for sterilisation.
Keep away from babies and small children when deflated, as it could pose a risk of suffocation.

What is the intended purpose of Enora?
Enora utilises Repose® Technology, a range of air-filled, reactive air, pressure redistribution, and reduction support surfaces with high levels of immersion and envelopment available for use in non-healthcare settings.
- Enora Air Cushion is intended for static chair usage
- Enora Air Contur is intended for use with riser recliner chairs.
- Enora Air Seat is intended for general-purpose wheelchairs fitted with armrests.
- Enora Air Sleeper is intended as a sleep aid placed on top of a single mattress.
- Enora has several cover options, which provide additional durability, infection control, and enhance comfort.
- Enora is supplied with an Air Pump unless otherwise stated.

Can Enora be used in a car?
Unfortunately, Enora is not intended for use in a car. It hasn’t been tested to any of the relevant safety standards for use in a vehicle.

How should I store my product?
Enora is supplied pre-packaged and should be intact upon receipt. Before use, carefully check all components for completeness and signs of damage.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Do not store next to radiators or other sources of heat.

You have the right to cancel a Contract within 14 days from the date you receive the Products without giving any reason to us (the Cancellation Period). Your right to cancel a contract will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the relevant Products.
Once you cancel a Contract and you are in possession of the Products:
- you must return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable;
- you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. If it is determined that the Products are faulty or not as described you will be refunded the cost of returning the Products; and
- you have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession..

In order to receive a refund, you must return the relevant Products to us within 14 days of your cancellation notification. Once we have received the Products from you and the Products are in a resaleable condition, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you (excluding the costs of delivery which will be covered by you) within 14 days of receipt of the same.
Refunds will be made by credit transfer to the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

How do I inflate my Enora air product?
Set-up and Inflation
- Remove Repose® inner from the Air Pump and re-assemble.
- Connect the Air Pump to the valve on the device – push to fit and begin inflation. Continue until you hear a click; this signals that correct inflation pressure has been achieved.
- Disconnect and cover the valve with the solid end of the Repose® sealing cap.
- Remove the Enora cover from its packaging and insert the inflated Repose®. The valve and the cover zip should be on the same side.
- When installing, place Enora with the valve facing down and away from the user. Where present, use the fixing straps to secure it in place.
- To ensure Enora is inflated optimally, check regularly and ‘top-up’ with the Air Pump every 14 days, with the user off the device.

How can I get my product repaired?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to repair an Enora Air product, but you can purchase a replacement Enora Cover, Inflatable Inner or Air Pump from the Enora Shop.
If you are experiencing any issues with your Enora product, please refer to the Enora Instructions for Use, which contains a troubleshooting guide to help you identify and resolve the problem. Additionally, we recommend visually inspecting your Enora product. Please note that if the product has been punctured or damaged, it will not be covered under warranty.

How should I clean my Enora air care?
You should clean your air care product regularly. Remove the PU cover and pop in the washing machine, but hand wash the product itself using soap and water.
Enora Covers
Regularly wipe down the cover with warm soapy water or cleaning wipes for routine care. As required, covers can be removed and machine washed up to 60°. Covers should be thoroughly dried before being refitted.
Repose Inflatable Inner
Washing with warm soapy water or commonly used cleaning wipes is sufficient to clean Repose®. Please note that the Repose Inner MUST NOT be machine washed. For ease, cleaning when the Repose inner is inflated is recommended.

Can I use a different pump?
Enora Air pumps use smart valve technology which works for any of our Enora Air products. Alternative air pumps aren’t appropriate for Enora products.

How do I deflate my Enora product?
Deflation and Storage
With the user off Enora, detach all straps and remove.
Clean as per instructions.
Once dry, remove the inner from the cover, detach the sealing cap and insert the open end into the valve, allowing air to escape.
Roll up once deflated, with the cap still in place, starting at the point furthest away from the valve, expelling any remaining air. Repeat this process as necessary.
Fold, roll up and place inside the Air Pump for safe storage.

What is the manufacturers guarantee for Enora?

Do you have to manually set the pressure on my Enora Air product?
No, smart valve technology in the air pump automatically ensures Enora inflates to the optimal pressure.

Can Enora be inflated with the user in place?
No, the smart valve technology is designed to set pressures before the user is on the product.
It takes less than a minute to inflate Enora prior to use.
Are Enora Air products latex – free?
Yes. Enora Air products are latex – free and non-allergenic.
Should the Air Sleeper be covered by a sheet?
It is not necessary, however, most users find it comfortable and convenient to use a cotton sheet. If a sheet is used, it should be loosely fitted to ensure that “hammocking” does not occur.
How do I use the Enora Strap Extenders?
Please see below a user guide on how to connect your Air Sleeper and Air Seat with the Enora Strap Extenders.
User Guide
- To get started, locate the securing strap on your Enora product and unclip it.
- Connect the male and female trident clips using the Strap Extender to close the loop.
- Repeat the same process for the strap on the other end.
- To secure your Air Seat, first, loosen both of the straps and then wrap them around the static chair or general-purpose wheelchair.
- To secure your Air Sleeper, first loosen both of the straps and then wrap them around the mattress.
- To ensure that your Enora product is secure, clip both straps in place and adjust them as necessary.
- Make sure to check the position of your Enora product regularly and adjust the straps as needed to keep it secure.
